HERE YOU GO: That’s good, we have a parts coordinator position to fill within our SUPER team at our Vaudreuil branch.
PSST! 2 years experience required, it is your will and your know-how that interests us.

Your missions :
• Ensure quality customer service at all levels (branch image, availability, customer relationship)
• Have mechanical knowledge and/or of heavy machinery (a plus).
• Work with suppliers and search for new suppliers
• Search for parts, place orders, receive goods as well as enter data into work orders / sales orders
• Manage inventory, issue and return of items
• Comfortable with computers
• Experience with customer service
• Enjoy working in a team and maintaining group spirit
• Have good rigor and attention to detail to ensure accuracy of transactions: orders, receipts, inventory management
• Have a desire to ensure the satisfaction of external and internal customers (leasing-sales-service departments)

Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service;
• Knowledge of tools and equipment (a plus);
• Mechanical knowledge (a plus);
• Attentive to customer needs and courteous;
• Good communication skills;
• Comfortable in a computerized environment;

Salary: from $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
